Max time someone can be idle if the room is full: 20 minutes.
Max time someone can be idle if the room has 10 or more users: 40 minutes.
Max time someone can be idle if the room has less than 8 users: 60 minutes. (1 hour)

If a user explains they'll be idle, for example playing a game, they may be excused from the idle times rules, however, if they're idle for over 2 hours, then they must be kicked, after a whisper if they don't respond within the 2 minutes. I'd like to discourage users coming on and taking up a spot in a room, just to not be there and game or such, it doesn't make sense. (Reason it doesn't make senses to me is because when I game, I get immersed in my game and don't check stuff, I understand others check from time to time, hence why I allow it)

If the room is relatively empty, has less than 5 users, then there's not need to kick anyone, even if they've not stated about being idle for something.
The max anyone can be idle however, is 2 hours, no matter how empty the room is, if someone is idle for 2 hours, they must be kicked, with a whisper of course and the 2 minute wait.
